Philip Harvey

Phil has pursued a 30+ year career in the visual arts industry as a commercial photographer with assignments taking him from Disney World to Prague.

Phil grew up sailing in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he developed a love and appreciation for the marine environment. Sailing adventures have included the San Juan Islands, the coasts of Oregon and California, and a voyage to Tonga in the South Pacific. He is a PADI-certified scuba diver, an avid kayaker and paddleboarder, and an advocate for ocean preservation. Philip also volunteers with the Exploratorium and the Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. He joined the IOFF Screening Committee in the Fall of 2022.
